House 1530 showcases the transformation of a home designed to evolve with its owners. Bergstreme Developments originally designed and built the 228 m² single-storey residence in 2021 on a 700 m² erf within La Vue at Val de Vie Estate.
As the family’s needs changed, the home was reimagined through a substantial alteration and extension, increasing the living space to 342 m² across two levels. The updated design includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, open-plan living areas, and a pool, creating a layout that better supports the family’s current lifestyle.
The result is a contemporary home that balances space, functionality, and indoor-outdoor living while building on the foundations of the original design.
